I have mentioned 2 or 3 books name in Books forr Kannada medium students, since its beyond my knowledge to suggest books as i am writing the exam in English medium.I have several times asked many people to leave a message if they are aware of Kannada authors and books. but Only one replied i guess.
anyways i suggest you to buy some kannada monthly magazines for world affairs also read news paper and also visit Sapna book house, where you can find the books specially for KAS IAS... take some time to search the books there, nobody is going to send us out till shop closing time comes, so with patience analyse books before you buy, also if you are going to Jayanagar Branch of Sapna book house you can get good assistance, They will be knowing the moving books for subjects... Also you can collect degree or PU level text books for polity or any subject.
If i get to know anything i will post immediately on the blog... sorry as am not much helpful in this regard :(
